Inspector notes: Bacon wrapped scallops, salmon, olive tapenade, and marinated shrimp were observed held at 46-47 degrees Fahrenheit in prep unit, cold drawers, and grill drawers. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. Per interview of PIC, foods were recently placed in unit. Additional ice was added to foods and foods were relocated to other refrigeration.
