Inspector notes: At the time of re-inspection, the 2 Door Low Boy Cooler Unit nearest the drive-thru window was observed to be taken out of service with a printed sign on doors instructing not to use. Per the PIC, unit was serviced since previous inspection. Unit was monitored for proper cold holding ambient temperature since service and was observed to not maintain proper temperature. Per the PIC, unit was taken out of service and is to remain out of service until fixed/replaced.

Inspector notes: Several Milk/Cream items in the 2 Door Low Boy Cooler at the drive thru window were observed held at 48 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food must be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below except during preparation, cooking, or cooling. Per the PIC, Milk items were in refrigeration since previous day. Milk items were voluntarily disposed of at the time of inspection.
