Sour cream and other foods in bottom of unit were moved to other refrigeration during time of inspection. Ambient of bottom unit was observed at 49 degrees Fahrenheit. Top rail of unit was 36 degrees Fahrenheit. Bottom of unit was taken out of service to hold foods that require refrigeration for food safety. Equipment to be in good repair and proper adjustment.
