Open air cooler must be repaired/replaced/adjusted.

Per person in charge, food had been in the cooler for more than 4 hours. All food that was observed at 45 degrees and above was voluntarily disposed of (see attached disposal form). Food observed below 45 degrees was relocated to the walk-in cooler to cool. The ambient air temperature was observed at 33 degrees Fahrenheit. Food was observed to be overstocked in the cooler. Establishment must monitor the temperature and not overstock it.
