Inspector notes: Observed boxes of frozen yogurt base thawing out at room temperature. PIC stated that the delivery was made about 3 hours prior to inspection. Informed PIC that thawing at room temperature is not an approved method. Discussed approved methods with PIC. PIC stated that it takes 2-3 days for the product to thaw under refrigeration. Suggested to PIC that they adjust the time frame in which the product is ordered so that thawing may be done in an approved manner. All foods being thawed from frozen must be thawed in an approved manner. Foods must be thawed under refrigeration, under cold running water, or as part of the cooking process

Plumbing system not maintained in good repair
Inspector notes: Observed the condensate drainpipe from the ice machine fallen in the floor drain. Informed PIC that the pipe needs to be adjusted so that there is at least a one-inch air gap between the outlet of the pipe and the top of the floor drain. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
