Inspector notes: Observed sanitizer measuring 0 PPM out of the automatic dispenser in the three-compartment sink related to bulk foods. The manager of bulk foods had previously alerted EHS, during the inspection, that the automatic dispenser was not adequately dispensing sanitizer and that staff were using a nearby three-compartment sink to sanitize. Staff also stated this is a reoccurring issue with the equipment. Prompt repair of the automatic sanitizing dispenser is required. All equipment is to be maintained in working order. Discussed the importance of keeping equipment in good working order

Inspector notes: Observed black organic material built up on the metal frames of the two largest grab-and-go cooling units. Less black organic material was observed than on the last visit. That said, frequent deep cleaning is still needed to completely control the spread of black organic material that has permeated these units. Staff to reach out to the unit manufacturer to obtain guidance on deep cleaning procedures. Also observed food debris in freezers and various cold holding bunkers throughout the store. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection
