Plumbing system not maintained in good repair
Inspector notes: Observed the drainpipes in the water filteration room fallen below the flood rim of the floor drain. Informed PIC that the pipes need to be adjusted so that there is a one-inch air gap between the outlet of the pipes and the top of the floor drain. Observed the water trough for the ice cream scoop to be leaking water from the pipe connection point. Informed PIC that the trough needs to be repaired so that when water is running, the scoop is able to be submerged. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
