Inspector notes: Observed deli ham slices, deli turkey slices, sliced raw tomatoes, sliced lettuce, cooked eggs all in prep containers stored in the bottom half of cooling table located in the sandwich prep area. Large quantity of cooked breakfast sausage patties and a large open package of deli turkey slices also in bottom half of cooler. Employee explained prepped items will most likely be used today. Discussed the importance of datemarking all TCS food that has potential to be stored longer than 24 hours, such as large quantities. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made at time of inspection. All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed multiple containers of domestic pest control chemicals in back managers office and another pesticide container in customer bathroom. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection
