Inspector notes: Observed the downstairs automatic dispenser hooked up to sink and surface without sink and surface test strips available. Upon further questioning, it was determined that the wrong sanitizer had been sent to the location. The employee stated they intended to have the Quat, which was right next to the sink and surface bottle, hooked up to the automatic dispenser. After attempting to hook up the correct sanitizer (quat) to the automatic dispenser, it was dispensing under the recommended use range (150-400 PPM). Staff had bleach and chlorine test strips onsite and plan to switch to hand dosing bleach until they can have the unit serviced by their third-party contractor

Inspector notes: Observed piping from sinks extending into several floor drains throughout the facility. An air gap is required. Discussed air gap requirements with staff and offered solutions
