Wash hands per code and shall not contact exposed RTE foods with bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. Discussed the importance of preventing bare hand contact with RTE foods with PIC. RTE pizza that was contacted by bare hand was embargoed and recommended for discarded at time of inspection. Per PIC, RTE pizza contacted by bare hand was set aside for personal consumption
