Inspector notes: Observed burritos (bean and cheese, beef and bean), chicken and monterey cheese and ranchero steak tornado on rollers and in warmer with an internal temperature of 72-110*F. According to PIC, food been out for more than 2 hours and were discarded at time of inspection. It was determined the heat level was not set high to maintain temperatures at a minimum of 135*f. Discussed adjusting heat level with PIC. Also observed pizza slices on counter with an internal temperature of 72*F. PIC stated pizza was set aside to be discarded. Discussed importance of keeping all food covered and protected from contamination and under refrigeration (41*f) or heat (1351*f) after cooking
