Inspector notes: Observed metal scrubber pads in the basin of the hand wash sink located near the dish machine. Per PIC, removed the pads at time of inspection. A handwashing sink must be maintained so that it is always accessible for employee use and may not be used for purposes other than handwashing

Inspector notes: Observed live cockroaches near the mop sink, behind the prep sink, and behind and under the dish machine. Per PIC, the establishment currently does not have a licensed pest control technician that comes out, the establishment does the treatment themselves. Informed PIC, that the establishment can not treat pest, that a licensed pest control company since conduct the treatments. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection
