All medicines must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items to prevent contamination. All medicines were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed sanitizer wiping cloths stored in 0pp DDBSA/Lactic Acid when measured with a chemical test strip. PIC stated the cloth is changed 0-1 times per date. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Advised PIC they may need to run the sanitizer dispenser for several seconds to ensure it dispenses properly. Advised PIC the bubbles contain concentrated chemical which should be left in the solution
