All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Establishment is using a brass ASSE 1022 backflow preventer on the soda fountain. No backflow certificates or proof of yearly replacement could be provided at the time of inspection. Provided a stainless steel ASSE 1022 or RPZ (reduce pressure zone) assembly prior to re-inspection. Advised PIC a minor remodel will be required to add an RPZ to the water connection. Discussed ASSE 1022 Dual Check systems must be replaced year and replaced if they begin leaking. All testable backflow devices must be certified. A re-inspection will be conducted on 4/18/2025 to ensure a remodel has been applied for or the backflow has been replaced

Inspector notes: Observed fried rice holding between 108-133*F in the rice warmer. Per PIC, the fried rice was prepared from freshly prepared white rice and placed into the warmer 1 hour prior. Observed the very bottom of the warmer holding at 143*F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. All TCS foods improperly hot held were reheated to 165°F at time of inspection. PIC changed the warmer setting to cook to reheat to 165*F at the time of inspection
