Employee proceeded to use 3-compartment sink for hand washing instead of hand sink and did not wash hands for minimum 20seconds. Discussed to use designated hand sink and wash with soap and warm water (100*F) minimum 20 seconds. Reference violation #10 for interim hand washing sink. Discussed, hand sink shall be fully functional with adequate plumbing and discharge of waste water and fully stocked with soap and paper towels.
