Inspector notes: Employee working at the make-line station observed pulling their pants up and fixing shirt several times with gloved hands and continued to touch ready to eat foods. PIC was notified and the employee was coached and observed properly washing hands and putting on clean gloves before continuing with customer orders. Ensure that employees wash their hands after any activity which may result in contamination of hands. Advised PIC to discuss hand washing and glove use limitations at their next pre-shift meeting. Per FDA Food Code 2017, food employees must wash their hands after any activity which may result in contamination of the hands this includes touching bare human body parts (except arms), touching personal items, coughing or sneezing, using the toilet, and handling dirty equipment or utensils
