Inspector notes: Establishment has recently been vandalized, resulting in the removal of both exterior loops of copper piping servicing the main walk-in cooler and freezer. Observed both walk-in cooler and freezer operating at 55-65'F at time of inspection. PIC stated that the pipe removal occurred within the last 48 hours and had 3rd party maintenance on-site at time of inspection to initiate repairs on the walk-in freezer to be completed by the end of the day (3/5/2025). Repairs for the walk-in cooler are tentative and are expected to be completed by 03/18/2025. PIC has a system in place to provide breakfast/lunch to 350 students by having food transported in daily from the main kitchen (FD53130) and storing all TCS in functional reach-in coolers that serve as alternative refrigeration during the repair timeframe. All TCS food products out of temp at time of inspection were embargoed (see Violation #22). Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Must repair cold holding equipment such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below. A reinspection will occur on or prior to 3/18/2025 to verify the correction
