Inspector notes: Observed floor sink below only hand sink in kitchen was high after 1 washed my hands. Noticed pooling of water around floor sink by the dishpit. Manager ran water, and it wouldn't drain from the hand sinks. Facility tried to get it cleared, but called a repairperson to come and clear the 3 blocked floor sinks in the facililty. Restaurant is discontinuing food service until repair is made and sewer water is able to drain properly without overflowing
