Inspector notes: Observed handwashing sink next to unused 3-bay sink in back kitchen with no hot water. Alternative handwashing sink is close by, informed PIC that all plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times and repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. PIC removed soap and paper towels and designated the sink un-useable to prevent improper handwashing
