Inspector notes: Observed employee touch toasted hamburger bun with bare hands. Discussed the importance of preventing bare hand contact with ready-to-eat (RTE) foods with the person-in-charge (PIC). Bare hand contact is not approved with ready-to-eat (RTE) food items. RTE food that was contacted by bare hands was discarded by PIC at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed flexible drain/condensate line for ice machine and main soda gun located at bar without proper drainage to floor drain. Drain line was observed to be positioned where waste cannot be properly drained via gravity (multiple curves in line where waste cannot overcome curve to reach floor drain). Drain line for ice machine was also observed to be positioned below the flood rim of the floor drain. All drain/discharge piping must be supplied with at least a 1-inch air gap between the end of the pipe and flood rim of the floor drain. Must ensure discharge from ice machine and soda gun can reach the floor drain via gravity prior to next routine inspection. Discussed with PIC utilizing rigid PVC piping to ensure proper discharge into floor drain
