Inspector notes: -- Chlorine concentration undetectable in dishes in low temp dishwasher. Troubleshooting steps the PIC attempted: priming and rerunning dishwasher several times, replaced the sanitizer container, replaced the nozzle for the sanitizer container. The concentration consistently tested below the minimum required concentration between 50ppm-100ppm after multiple troubleshooting measures were taken. At the time of inspection, the PIC removed dishes from machine and stated they will place an "out of order" sign on it until repairs can be completed. Utensils and equipment will be washed, rinsed, and sanitized with quat at the 3-compartment sink. Ensure employees are utilizing test strips to verify dishes are getting properly cleaned and sanitized
