The employee discarded the undercooked hamburgers. *Employee stated that the cook surface/grill is not able to properly maintain proper temperature throughout. Discussed with the PIC about having the grill scheduled for maintenance/repair and taking temperatures of the hamburger patties to ensure that they are cooked to 155F. Ensure that raw animal foods are cooked to proper minimum temperatures
