Inspector notes: Employee observed picking up fallen food off the floor to put in trash can, then proceeded to changing gloves before heading back to the cook line. Inspector advised employee to wash hands before putting new gloves on. Employee removed gloves, properly washed hands and put on new clean gloves. Per FDA Food Code 2017, food employees must wash their hands after any activity which may result in contamination of the hands this includes handling raw meats, touching bare human body parts (except arms), coughing or sneezing, using the toilet, and handling dirty equipment or utensils. Switching gloves only is not sufficient. Corrected at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed organic matter build up on multiple soda nozzles. Discussed with PIC and employees that the soda nozzles must be cleaned and maintained at a frequency as to prevent future build up

Inspector notes: Observed food storage racks in walk-in cooler with excessive dry food debris located. Discussed cleaning frequency for food racks to prevent build-up. Also observed dust build up on condenser fans in walk0in cooler. Please clean areas prior to next routine inspections
