Inspector notes: Observed the low temperature dishwasher with 0 ppm of chlorine concentration after final rinse in the kitchen. Observed dishes in the dish machine at time of inspection. It was determined that the sanitizer supply feeding the dish machine was low. PIC replaced the supply of sanitizer with a new one, primed the machine, and ran the dish machine again. Sanitizer concentration was retested at 100 ppm. Please ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at proper concentration of 50-100 ppm using test strips. Advised person in charge to check chlorine levels regularly to ensure dishes are being sanitized. Correct By: Corrected At Time of Inspection
