During site visit it was observed that the fans and condenser in the walk in cooler on site had ice build up at the back. Operator contacted repair company to repair. TCS foods prepared the day before were discarded - see embargo list. The remaining items in walk in cooler included beverages and non prepared produce. Reinspection to be completed on 9/18/2025 to verify unit has been repaired. If not repaired - license will be suspended until repaired
