Physical facilities not in good repair
Inspector notes: Observed a door with a peeling door seal strip in the ice cream aisle. Due to inadequate sealing, the top shelf had large ice crystals built up, and the ice cream had softened slightly. Also, observed a second door in the frozen section, which was not self-closing causing light condensation to build up on the internal products. The manager placed a work order in for the doors at time of inspection. Proper repair is required. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection
