PIC did not have a timeline for how long the unit had been out of temperature. Establishment contacted certified repair technician during time of inspection to perform repairs to the equipment. Establishment will voluntarily discard all out of temperature TCS foods present in the walk-in refrigeration unit during time of inspection (see embargo form). Establishment will only sell product that were in temperature on the line and being hot held. Establishment will voluntarily close after products have been sold.
