Inspector notes: There was a sprayer nozzle attached to the end of the hose at the mop sink. There was pressure on the line. Person in charge (PIC) removed the nozzle at time of inspection. Discussed installing a quick release to the hose to make it easier to remove between uses. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC removed shut-off downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed a large trash can blocking the hand sink near the service line in the kitchen. Also observed a bucket and dishes in the hand sink near the 3-compartment sink. Also observed straws in the hand sink behind the breakfast bar. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all hand sinks need to be easy to access and only used for hand washing to reduce risk of contamination. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection

Also observed a condiment bottle behind the breakfast bar with pink hand soap in it without a label.
