Inspector notes: Observed no hand drying provisions at hand wash sink located near the ice machine and the hand wash sink in the restroom. PIC re-stocked paper towels at all hand wash sinks at time of inspection. Each handwashing sink must be provided with hand drying provisions at all times

As per PIC, he wasn't sure how long the hot water faucet hasn't been working. Explained to PIC, that the hot water faucet needs to be fixed to have adequate pressure to maintain at all fixtures including the capacity to provide hot water at peak hot water demand, that includes the all the hand wash sink. Hot water of: 100°F is required at all handwash sinks. Provide adequate hot water at all sink fixtures prior to re-inspection
