Construction was still taking place to set up equipment in the back of the establishment used to make food for the Eating and Drinking permit. The owner registered for the cottage food license to make packaged foods at home and bring them in until all the equipment is set up to cook on-site. Discussed with the manager that ice packaged in the establishment for sale shall be labeled with the following information: 1) Name of Product; 2) Processor Name; 3) Processor Address or Phone Number; 4) Ingredients; 5) Approximate weight; 6) In English.
