Inspector notes: Observed main dishwasher dispensing at 0 PPM of chlorine with a couple racks of dishes freshly washed. Alerted staff who serviced the machine and ran it a few additional times. Rechecked the sanitizer level (50 PPM) which then read in compliance between 50-100 PPM. Discussed the importance of routinely checking sanitizer levels

Inspector notes: Observed rice scoops in water (62°F) sitting at room temperature. Staff stated they use ice in the water to maintain cold temperatures, but the ice had melted. Staff moved the tray of partially frozen fish into the walk in, at time of inspection.
