Inspector notes: Observed several large containers with labels that are worn off. Per PIC the buckets were originally had pickles in the containers. Discussed with PIC the single use containers are not designed to be washed and reused for direct contact of foods, sauces, seasonings or dried goods. If the buckets are used for chemicals they shall be labeled with chemical common name. Discussed with PIC to replace with containers designed to be reused or to line containers with disposable food grade bags

Inspector notes: Observed walk-in cooler with ice buildup on the condenser at time of inspection. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) to continue to not store food under the ice buildup. Also observed boxes of food stored directly on the ground. Discussed with PIC Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises
