Inspector notes: Observed raw shrimp and octopus as well as salsa in the only prep table fridge in front of grill with an internal temperature of 49F. Observed internal temperature of fridge with an internal temperature of 52F. Person in charge states that items were put in unit an hour before inspection. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge about repairing the unit and using alternate cooling in the time unit is repaired
