Inspector notes: Observed that the retail handwashing sink by the three-compartment sink had been removed from the wall, and the components of the sink were sitting on top of the three-compartment sink. The owner stated staff were using the mop sink to wash their hands while the regular handwashing was out of commission. The retail permit includes scooped bulk goods (ex. kidney beans). The owner stated they already have an appointment with maintenance to fix the sink this Friday. Proper and prompt repair is required. A reinspection will occur on the handwashing sink in 10 days
