Reviewed suitable utensil requirements for RTE foods: Wash hands per code and shall not contact exposed RTE foods with bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. Requested the RTE food that was contacted by bare hands be discarded by PIC at time of inspection
