Inspector notes: Quat sanitizer buckets (2) observed with a quat concentration well above 500ppm. Establishment had test strips readily available. It was determined that the dispenser was dispensing a very strong solution and needed calibrated. PIC diluted the solution at a 50:50 water to sanitizer ratio to yield proper concentration between 200-400ppm. PIC stated that they will submit a work order to ensure the dispenser dispenses proper quat concentration. . Chemical sanitizers may be toxic if not used in accordance to FDA food code requirement. Quat sanitizer must have a concentration of 200-400ppm
