Inspector notes: Observed no paper towels at two handwash stations at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC explained a work order was put in already to fix the paper towel dispenser and provided hand drying provision for the handwash sinks at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed raw cilantro in to-go bags stored in the walk in fridge. Use of non-food grade bags (including to-go bags and trash bags) is not approved for storage of open food items to prevent migration of deleterious substances. PIC grabbed all the bags with the raw cilantro in them and put them inside food safe plastic containers
