Inspector notes: Observed a direct connection from mop sink faucet to chemical dispenser. Faucet has approved AVB installed, which has been under pressure whenever water supply is on. PIC unable to remove the hose connecting to chemical dispenser. Chemical dispensers and other equipment are required to have a separate, dedicated water supply line. No shut-offs such as y-valves or devices (i.e. side-kicks), equipment, etc., are allowed be present on the downstream side of an AVB. Please ensure that the hose is removed from the mop sink faucet prior to re-inspection on 9/26/2024
