Items such as ranch, mayonnaise, dressings, sliced tomatoes measured with internal temperatures ranging between 49-53 degrees F. These items were recommended for discard. Unit is required for flow of regular business. A re-inspection will be conducted within 10 days. Unit will not be used to store TCS foods until in good repair
