Inspector notes: Observed cut raw potatoes (Fries) in a container in the walk-in cooler. The fries on top and around the sides were dark grey and black. The water was cloudy. Also observed pico de gallo in the cold holding prep table with white fuzzy, organic matter on it. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that these foods are adulterated and PIC voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection
