Inspector notes: Observed raw beef stored over lettuce in two door reach in cooler in kitchen. Beef was stored in closed containers and unable to spill or splash. As per the person in charge, the facility received multiple deliveries during the lunch rush and staff were only able to get to organizing at the time of this inspection. Advised staff to organize storage to allow raw meats to be stored away or below delivered produce. Items such as whole lettuce and tomatoes may be stored at room temperature until proper storage is found
