The manager left the establishment, purchased chlorine bleach, and returned at the time of inspection. Reviewed the proper concentration range and contact time while using chlorine bleach with the manager

In addition, observed drain pipe plumbing underneath the 3-compartment sink with significant rust and corrosion. The establishment shall repair any leaks and plumbing that is in disrepair. Observed the chemical dispenser at the mop sink attached at the main faucet. The establishment shall provide a separate, dedicated water line for their chemical dispenser to prevent any potential cross contamination. In addition, observed the toilet located in the women's restroom in disrepair. Per manager, the toilet will not flush. The establishment shall repair/correct all plumbing deficiencies by the next routine inspection
