Inspector notes: Third consecutive. Observed orange and tan organic matter buildup on the floor of the walk-in. Also observed a frozen pipe on the cooling unit inside the walk-in with a small leak. A bucket had been placed beneath the leak to collect water as it drips down. Staff stated they have already put in a work order for the leak and frozen pipe. Proper and prompt repair is required. The walk-in is still maintaining food temperatures. Discussed maintaining all surfaces as smooth and easily cleanable. Discussed routine cleaning with staff
