PIC grabbed all the bags with ginger, lettuce, and green onions in them put them in food safe containers

Inspector notes: Observed a spray hose connected to an additional water outlet with a hose bibb vacuum breaker (HBVB) at the mechanical warewashing station. This setup creates a potential cross-connection. The PIC was instructed to disconnect the hose and utilize the adjacent mop sink for hose-related tasks. Instructed PIC that sprayer ends must not remain connected when not in use
