Inspector notes: Observed black buildup on the ceilings and vents in the front of the store. Also observed chipped tile and packaged foods underneath the aisles. Also observed black buildup underneath the air vent in the cheese display near the deli. Alerted the manager, who plans to clean these spaces promptly. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection
