Chemical sanitizer does not meet required criteria (corrected on site)
Inspector notes: Observed chemical sanitizer dispenser in use at the meat market's 3-compartment sink dispensed Quat above the 400ppm limit (>500ppm) measured and confirmed using 3 test strips. Per chemical label, sanitizer should be 200-400ppm for food contact surfaces. Advised PIC to fill the sanitizer side of the sink with more water before using the automatic dispenser, using test strips to verify a safe level of Quat. PIC also put in a maintenance work order to properly maintain the automatic dispenser
