Inspector notes: Observed an "out of order" sign at the hand sink closest to the cash registers. Manager said they were choosing to put a sign because of high water flow, causing the water to build up in the basin. Facility said they need an aerator at the hand sink. Sign was removed, put no paper towels are available for employees to wash their hands. Manager added the paper towels. Ensure that each hand sink has paper towels to be usable at all times of operation
