Inspector notes: Observed bar dishwasher with chlorine sanitizer measuring at 0 PPM. Staff confirmed dishes had been run through the bar-dishwasher today. Staff re-sanitized dishes at time of inspection. The chemical concentrate bottle was low, and the manager ordered a new bottle or concentrate at time of inspection. Staff filled the sanitizer basin of their three-compartment sink with chlorine sanitizer, in range, and plan to sanitize dishes there until the dishwasher is dispensing sanitizer in the correct range. Staff to test the sanitizer strength on the first cycle of dishes. Reviewed sanitizer concentration requirements. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. The manager stated they are getting a new dishwasher next week
