Inspector notes: 2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Observed the concrete floor around the grease trap near the 3-compartment sink to be unsealed and absorbing water from the leak at the 3-comp drain lines. Observed missing grout at the floor tile and wall juncture in the area in front of the walk-in cooler. Kitchen surfaces must be smooth, easily cleanable, durable and non-absorbent to deter pest harborage, pathogen growth, and soil accumulations

Inspector notes: 2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION Observed a leak from the drainpipes of the 3-compartment sink. Also observed the faucet of the handwashing sink next to the pizza make-line to be leaking. The valve for the hot water was turned off to stop the leak. PIC informed the area supervisor to have the faucet repaired or replaced and will leave the hot water on to provide adequate warm water for handwashing. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
