Inspector notes: Observed employee drinks with screw top lids on top of the bar. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all employee drinks need to be in a cup with a lid and straw to reduce risk of contamination from mouth to hands. Also discussed moving all employee drinks to a designated area. PIC moved employee consumables to the designated area and will retrain on proper eating, drinking, and tobacco use. To ensure food safety, prevent physical contamination and the transmission of disease; employee eating, drinking, beverage storage, and using tobacco must be done in an approved area
